First, before you read my review....I'd like to introduce you to MY vision of "the boys"...... this will help you visualize as you read my review....I hope you make it past these pics.....(wipe that drool from you lip....and stop licking your screen! that's just embarrassing)-- (look around to see if anyone just saw me do that same thing!!)

Crap.... Now I've probably totally lost you!!! Well for those of you still paying attention...Here it goes.

Well from the beginning I was sweaty!! It could be hot flashes, but I don't think so!! This prologue was the hottest prologue that I have ever read!!! and holy crap, I've read a lot of risqué books!!!

and it went from there....................I was immediately drawn to both of the guys! Normally, I pull or root for one or the other main characters. I had a tough time in this story. I was always pulling for BOTH Jace and Colt. I didn't have a favorite, I loved them both, was frustrated with both, and drooled over both!!!

I had a few down-right UGLY cries, or should I say SOBBING sessions!! I don't understand how Kindle does it! I was so engrossed and involved in this story that I was dreaming that I was there and was trying to help them. I could FEEL their pain and suffering all throughout the book. I've read 3 books now by Kindle..... and this was my favorite! I was a sobbing mess! and yes, my hubby, as you've heard me say before, gave me the shameful shaking of the head sigh as I was grabbing more tissues. I, once again, just gave him my evil eye and said "AND DON'T YOU DARE SAY IT THAT IT'S JUST A BOOK!!" He didn't, but I could hear him think it!!

I know some people fear a book once they know that it's M/M. I really didn't even focus on that. It's more about finding love and having to endure many challenges in order to find your true love. The two people just happened to be men. I've said it before and I'll say it again.... You can't help who you fall in love with! Plain and simple! If you've never read a M/M book, give it a try! Read one of Kindle's books! Just start with a couple of chapters! You'll get hooked!! Then come tell me how much you loved it!! I know I've talked a few readers into trying M/M books and they are now hooked.

Well naturally I give this story 5 stars!! Hotness - holy crap 10 stars! (hey, it's my review, I can do what I want!). Tear jerker -- 5 stars! I had happy and sad tears!

The next book is going to be about Mitch. You'll meet him towards the end of the book! AND I'VE ALREADY TOLD KINDLE THAT SHE NEEDS TO WRITE FASTER! You will definitely want to read his story soon!!! I've read a teaser, and

This was one great love story. I haven’t read many m/m love stories but this one was wonderful. The love that Jace and Colt had for each other is one everyone should be able to experience.

The prologue WOW now that was one of the steamiest prologues I think I have ever read. What a way to start a book, you can’t say you don’t know what you’re getting yourself into after reading that. Anyway, back to the review. The Quarterback, Colt, has a thing for the Cheerleader, Jace, and wouldn’t you know it Jace has a secret thing for Colt too. Well after the Prologue we all know that. Colt convinces Jace to go to Hawaii with him on spring break and they have a great get away were Colt decides he is going to commit to Jace. However, when they return to the states Colt’s father throws a monkey wrench in those plans. Colt breaks Jace’s heart and refuses any type of contact with him.

Then we jump 9 years ahead to Colt being with a, well I’ll put it nicely for the review, witch of a fiancée who by the way blackmailed Colt into proposing to her. Then jump ahead 8 months to Jace who has made a name for himself in the Cheerleading competition world. Colt sees Jace on ESPN during an interview where he states he bought the house they stayed at 10 years ago in Hawaii…..well, I don’t want to give any more away because I really want you to read this book, but I will say now is where you will want to take a break in the book and go grab a box or two of tissues because you will need them. I had a few happy tears and a few sad tears from here.

Did I mention you get to meet Dr. Knox, Oh how I love that man, and his son Mitch. Everything these two do for Jace and Colt is beyond what I would have expected out of a Team Dr. Dr. Knox seems more like a father to them than Colt’s own Dad. Mitch what a guy, I liked the banter between him and Colt toward the end. I want to know more about Mitch.

One of my favorite scenes that made me laugh was Colt and Jace date on the boat with Tonya and Mandy at the table. I just loved how embarrassed Jace got over the whole ordeal. Here are some of my favorite quotes

Like I said I truly enjoyed this love story. I had tears of happiness, tears of sadness, I laughed, but most of all you could truly see the love these two had for each other and to be able to hang on to that love for the 9 plus years they were apart. AMAZING! I have to say I am a Kindle Alexander fan after reading this. I’m ready for the next book..BRING IT!

I received this book from the author for an honest review.

WOW!! So I must say that I love books about love. To me a book about love can come in many forms. I love love and I love people falling in love. Love can be traditional between and man and woman, 2 men, 2 women, or any mix in between. So with that being said this is an amazing book about 2 men who have been in love for EVER!!!!

Colt the QB for the college fell in love with the cheerleader Jace but never acted on it. Colt couldn't risk letting his feelings out because he is a famous athlete and he will prolly go to the NFL in the first round. Well he takes a chance and Jace and him take a week trip to Hawaii together. After a week, the two are in love and are ready to face the world together UNTIL Colt's dad interferes.

Fast forward 10 years later, Colt is drunk, miserable and engaged to a beeotch of a woman!! He still had been keeping up with Jace and everything that is going on with him. Colt makes a few changes in his life and chases after a very miserable, unhappy Jace. The two reconnect and have to face a few trial and tribulations together.

I will tell you to have tissues ready. I had a lot of tears in this book. The two breaking up at the beginning of the novel and then the trials they go through at the middle and end of the book. i will say that I will defo read another of this authors works and I cannot wait to read Mitch's book...yummmmmmy!!!

I also will say that I love the humor and caring that Jace and Colt show each other through the novel. Again , I am a sucker for a romance and this book didnt let me down in the romancing department. My favorite lines where when Colt thought Mitch was hitting on Jace. He kept threatening to kick Mitch's butt. I also looooove Dr. Knox!!! I love the fact he is so supportive of Colt and like the father he never really had.

So people if you love romance and love then you need to read this!!

I want this, and I want it with you.” Colt kissed Jace’s lips, a smile spread across his face. “I plan on doing this often. Just be gentle with me, or not. Whatever.” And with that, Colt gave a devilish smirk, winked, and turned on his heel, not bothering to look back as he stepped inside the bathroom.

“I’m not gonna say it now, but I hope you see where I’m going with this. I want the promise of someday from you. That’s all I’m asking, Jace.”

“I love you,” Colt declared against Jace’s lips. He truly meant those three little words. There had never been any doubt in his mind Jace was the only man for him.

“I love you, too.” Jace made Colt smile. He’d waited so long to hear those words from this man. Too long.
