Blurb:
Nicki and Jesse have broken up again, but this time it’s for good. She realizes how much Jesse meant to her when she finds it hard to fly solo. And she’s lost her touch, striking out with one guy after another. Her BFFs Brandy and Jillian try to take her mind off her pain, and Nicki finally reveals to them why she’s never been able to forget about Sean, but she doesn't miss the opportunity to get down and dirty with a local rock star. In the meantime, the teenage daughter of a Winchester lawyer is kidnapped, and Nicki reports on the crime, hoping readers can offer clues to the authorities and find the girl...before it’s too late. But what Nicki discovers leaves her horrified.
Warning: Not for the faint of heart! This book contains explicit sex and naughty language. Proceed with caution...if you dare.
Angie J's Review:
I received this book from the author for an honest review.
AHHHHHHHH!!!!! *Takes in a big breath* OK peps...this book is about a kidnapping but honestly the main story line is Nicki telling us allll about her and Sean's relationship mishaps and close calls. Nicki, Brandy and jillian have a girls night out and the girls give Nicki a hard time for Jesse. She explains the why's of it but they dont buy it. They tell her it is due to Sean. So Nicki begins to tell the story about their relationship and man is timing always bad for them!!! LOL There were sooo many times they could have but the other stopped for a legit reason. It defo makes me want their relationship to come to light. I want to see them together.
Jesse made me sad this book. He runs in to Nick iand tries to have some swagger BUT he is broken. I wont even tell you how sad he is later when he sees Nicki on a date with the rockstar. The rockstar did a "good job' helping Nicki finally mourn Jesse and her relationship.
The main story line is a kidnapping of a high ranking officials daughter. Sean is dating the older daughter and so he has Nicki help investigate what happened. it was actually very shocking and sad. Nicki is realizing her small town is very very corrupt. She doesn't know what to do about it either.
Ok so if you have enjoyed these reviews people ya need to read them. I am hoooooooked. These books are my personal addiction!!!!

About the Author:
Unfortunately, there's no one genre that quite fits her writing. Her work has been labeled romance, erotica, suspense, and women's fiction, and the latter is probably the safest and closest description. But you'll see that her writing doesn't quite fit any of those genres.
You'll have to discover Jade's writing for yourself to decide if you like it
