I have heard a ton about this series AND the fact Lucas is a rocker....wellllll made me want to read it all the more. This is a 57 page quick read. You get to meet and learn the back story about the band, Lucas' insane Ex and Sienna. You first get to see the very first reaction that man whore Lucas has to Sienna. I enjoy the POV switching during scenes where the two of them are "feeling" the connection. I enjoyed seeing their thought processes for sure.
So the man component of this novella is the fact that Lucas is drawn to Sienna. He just can't get her out of his head and he knows he wants to keep her but is freaked out by it. Sienna is unable to resist him as well. The two agree to dinner with the subtext of serious hot ass sex after. Well he seduces her but it doesn't take much and things start to get hot. THEN Lucas get col, very cold and withdrawn before anything major happens. The book ends with Sienna missing and Lucas missing her. So I can't wait to see where this goes because the Devoured novel starts 2 years after their date!!
